Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK & Europe. We're working on expanding further in the future.

How long does delivery take?

Orders with Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-5 working days. If you selected Next Day Delivery, your order will arrive the next day if the order was placed before our cut-off time of 11:30pm. Ireland may take slightly longer. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or sales.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received one after a few days, email us and we'll check for you.

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived the next day or 3-5 days (Standard), please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

What is the cut-off times for Next Day delivery?

The cut-off time for all next day delivery is 11:30pm.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order once it's placed?

We move quickly to pack and dispatch orders, however, you can edit your order up to 20 minutes after placing it. This includes changes to items, sizes or shipping address.

I didn't receive a confirmation email - did my order go through?

Check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you still can't find it and you've been charged, email us with your full name and any details you have. We'll sort it out.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number will be in your confirmation email. It usually starts with DESERVE followed by numbers (e.g. DESERVE1234).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has surpassed the order editing timeframe of 20 minutes we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order due to warehouse prompt processing. If you wish to cancel please follow the returns process to obtain a refund https://returnsportal.shop/deserve.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, For buy now, pay later, you can also choose Clearpay or PayPal Pay in 3 at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached. Please note, the hygeine strips must still be attatched if returning swimwear

How do I start a return?

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We're sorry! Please visit our returns portal to return your item and add clear photos of the fault so we can fix things quickly.

When will I get my refund?

Once we've received your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.

Will you restock sold-out items?

We'll try our best to restock your favourites. Sign up to be notified via the desired product page to be the first to know when something's back in stock.

Can I cancel my order?
